G'Day, In this video, I am Plane Spotting at Nelson Airport in New Zealand to spot some of the amazing close up action on offer at the airport! Despite it's small size, and regional airport status, Nelson is the 5th busiest airport in New Zealand as of 2024 ahead of the larger city of Dunedin. At Nelson, it's all prop action here, with Air New Zealand's Q300s and ATRs frequently flying into the airport, alongside Origin Air BAe Jetstreams and other private aircraft. Join me as I Plane Spot at New Zealand's 5th Largest Airport! This Plane Spotting session was difficult at Nelson, dodging golf balls and battling the afternoon heat.
