Jimi Jamison - November Rain

Jimi Jamison 1951-2014 So Sunday afternoon I got the itch to listen to When Seconds Count by Survivor. It was the first CD I ever bought and it had been a long time since I had played it all the way through. As soon as it started, I was hit by the musical time machine, the songs taking me back to 1986 and 1987. It was 42:12 of remembering the good old days. Now tonight I learn that Jimi Jamison died Sunday night. I only met the guy once and only for a few seconds so I’m not sure why this has hit me so hard. It must be all the time I spent with his music over the years. There will never be another Jimi Jamison and the fact that there will never be another Jimi Jamison song is a reason for all melodic rock fans to mourn. Here is my favorite Jimi song...
