Quarktaler / Sirniki, das Rezept aus meiner Heimat

Hello dear friends, welcome to Kalinka's kitchen! As promised, today I'm baking curd cakes, or we call them sirniki :-)) These curd cakes are made from firm, dry tvorog. Please watch my videos to learn how to make them yourself; - Make your own yogurt (end of video) and make your own quark/Russian tvorog. The rest is very quick and easy. Have fun and enjoy! INGREDIENTS for approx. 8-10 cakes 300-330 g tvorog 1 egg 3-4 tbsp sugar Pinch of salt 1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp soft wheat semolina (or another 1 tbsp flour) 3 tbsp raisins to taste 1 packet of vanilla sugar or a pinch of cinnamon to taste Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Best served warm.
