Let's Test: Spray Varnish, Citadel Color Vs. The Army Painter

Let's do a quick test of Citadel Color and The Army Painter spray varnish! What kind of spray varnish are you using for your Warhammer 40K models? Do these two look the same on your Space Marines? Is one better than the other? I compared the results of Citadel Color Munitorium Varnish against The Army Painter Satin Varnish by applying a coat to 2 similarly painted Deathwatch Space Marines Kill Team units. By my observations, these varnishes are pretty similar. This is reasonable, as they are supposed to do roughly the same thing. However, I did notice 2 minor differences. My personal preference is the Satin Varnish as it leaves behind a very pleasant satin sheen. The Munitorium Varnish leaves more of a flat finish, but it did leave behind a slight frosting on my miniatures.
