In this episode, I learned this firsthand! We begin our trip to Koh Lanta at the spectacular Mu Ko Lanta National Park. There, you'll see the iconic white lighthouse on a cliff, the island's symbol. However, the idyllic atmosphere quickly disappears as we head inland... We enter a true, humid jungle, where there's only one rule: NEVER stray from the marked path. Poisonous snakes and giant spiders lurk in the thicket of leaves. Face-to-face with Thailand's wild nature – this walk will be etched in my memory for a long time! Finally, to calm our frayed nerves, we move to the east coast, to the atmospheric Lanta Old Town. This extraordinary, historic town with wooden houses on stilts, where time literally stands still.
