Overcoming Fears—Walking Outside with Cerebral Palsy
Nahal is one of our most determined students at the Spiral Movement Center. She has been working for the past 8 months to overcome many physical challenges that are part of her cerebral palsy. Today she learned how to overcome fears and walk outside for the first time independently—we are all super proud of her! Nahal's therapy is based on natural somatic techniques we use in Adapted Spiral Praxis. For more information about our work in holistic somatic healing or for upcoming workshops and family intensives, visit www.adaptedspiralpraxis.com. music: Tepulo Train by Chris Haugen
