Hi guys!!!!!! Today I bring you my way of making bake and salt fish. This dish is well known in the Caribbean, but especially in Guyana, Trinidad and places like St Lucia. It can be served any time of day but mostly in the mornings for breakfast. Ingredients: Bake 3 cups of flour 1 pack instant yeast 1/2 tbsp baking powder 2 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 cup warm water 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp butter Salt Fish Ingredients salt fish onion green onions garlic and whatever else you may like
