This talk was recorded as part of the Scattering Amplitudes and Beyond - Online Reunion Conference hosted by KITP and coordinated by Livia Ferro, Radu Roiban, David Skinner, and Jaroslav Trnka The study of scattering amplitudes is a driving force in the development of high-energy theoretical physics. Recent years have seen enormous progress in our understanding of the mathematical structures underlying these physical quantities. These new approaches have a profound impact both on a conceptual and on a technical level. The aim of this event is to provide an overview of the present status of the field and to outline new directions for future research.
