At first, I assumed the performance difference was due to the higher number of flaps. However, after disassembling and measuring them ourselves, we found the following: ✔ The number of flaps is identical ✔ The grit size is identical ✔ The outer diameter is identical Yet, ✔ There were differences in weight ✔ Thickness ✔ Structure ✔ Abrasives In particular, the 1169F utilizes Cubitron 3 Precision Formed Grains (PSG), and its flap structure also differed from that of the 769F. In this video, we verified the differences between the two products through: Comparison of product structure Comparison of flap count Weight and thickness measurements Differences in abrasives Weld bead removal test Comparison of actual work results We confirmed the differences between the two products through these tests.
