Bryan Park Racing 2026: the only wet road in Richmond

A grey wet week across the region, but everything had dried out except for our 0.8 miles of tarmac. A light sprinkle throughout the race didn't help. Worst start of my life (couldn't get off the line, couldn't hear the gears in the rain, front mech didn't want to work for a second) took me from row 2 to the back; rallied; surfed from the back to the break; rested a while; then absolutely lost all gumption when Paul Davis went down in Party Corner. Watched dudes tangle wheels half a lap later and eased it in to see the final sprint from safety. #fsrrva #critracing #canyonaeroad #bikeracing
