Hoy nos enfocamos en una rutina completa de Tren Superior (brazos, hombros y espalda) y Abdomen, diseñada para ganar fuerza y tonificar desde casa o el gimnasio. En esta sesión trabajaremos de forma intensa la movilidad articular y seguiremos con bloques de fuerza para esculpir tus hombros y espalda.
