Mr. Sanchos Beach Club Cozumel | A FULL REVIEW

Mr Sanchos Beach Club Cozumel, Full Review BOOK MR. SANCHOS HERE: https://www.viator.com/Cozumel/d632-t... I’ve been to Cozumel quite a few times. Cruising the Caribbean is super fun, but I’m not trying to pay over a hundred (or even $200) per person through the cruise ship’s available excursions just to sit on a beach. No thank you. I found Mr. Sanchos over a decade ago, and I’ve been visiting here anytime I dock in Cozumel. I just love it. But I get it. It can be scary booking something in another country and not having the backing of a major cruise ship in case something goes haywire. But hopefully this video will show you the ins and the outs of booking a non-cruise excursion for your next cruise so you can have confidence in what you’re doing and what you’re getting for your money Navigating the port may feel intimidating, but it’s really quite easy. Cozumel especially has done such a great job of organizing the area and helping people navigate the island. We walked past a few swimming pools, buffet areas, massage tables, and souvenir shops. He asked us how close we wanted to be to the water, and we got set up at a cute palapa just big enough for all of us. There were plenty of beach chairs to sit/recline on as well right by our table. The first thing the kids wanted to do was hit the water. After all, that crystal blue water is what makes Cozumel such a picturesque place to visit anyway! We brought along our snorkel masks and goggles and the kids had a great time swimming and playing in the water. I also set them up with the go pro, so they loved being able to get photos and videos of the fish underneath the water. One thing I would recommend is wearing water shoes. Some of the spots right past the shore have some seaweed on the bottom, so if that feeling of seaweed between your toes grosses you out, you’ll want to bring some water shoes with you. There’s also a inflatable water adventure park available for an additional fee, so if you’d like for your kids to have more to do, you can book that in advance as well. Our teenagers occupied themselves pretty well without it though. After a good bit of swimming, we worked up a hunger. One huge plus for our crowd is that the food and drinks are all you can consume at Mr. Sancho’s. Again, we have teenagers, so these kids can EAT! Let me tell you, they got their money’s worth. There’s a menu to order your food from your table or you can also go to the buffet area and get some tasty food there as well. Is the food here fine dining? No. But does it fill that hollow spot in your tummy after a full day of swimming? Yes. Allowing our food to settle, we opted to go check out the souvenirs. There are cute little dresses, magnets, toys, paintings, bracelets, you name it. If you want to take something home as a memento from your trip, they have plenty for you to choose from. The kids opted to check out the swimming pools next. I’m not sure exactly home pools they have available, but I know that the section we were in had at least 3. A couple of them even had a swim up bar in them – and again – all inclusive – so no need to carry your money with you. We had to be back on the cruise ship at 4:30p, so we opted to leave Mr. Sanchos around 3pm. We could have easily stayed longer, but I’m not for living on the edge like that because the cruise ship will leave you. We got our taxi ride back to port for another $40 made our way through the port. If you’re interested in booking Mr Sanchos, you can use the link in the description below. You will want to have a reservation in advance because if there’s a bunch of ships at port, you can bet it’s going to be busy and you don’t want to miss out on the fun. They’re open Monday through Saturday, 9am-5pm, so if you’re docked here on a Sunday, you won’t be able to book it. We highly recommend visiting Mr. Sanchos and we hope to see you here next time!
