Check out Keiichiro's YouTube channel, "Shopping at Hands!" for the first half!    • 【爆買い】弟・小山慶一郎の太っ腹デー🛍️節約女王みきママ珍事件連発💥   ⭐︎Halloween Party Recipes⭐︎ [Brain Sushi] Ingredients (serves 5) Cooked rice: 5 cups Salmon (thinly sliced): 3 slices 1 avocado Cream cheese: optional Toy axe (thoroughly sterilized): purchased at a 100-yen store ●Sushi vinegar Vinegar: 120mL Sugar: 2 tablespoons Kelp stock powder: 1 teaspoon Salt: 1/2 teaspoon Directions [1] Mix the sushi vinegar into hot cooked rice and add it. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then add the avocado with the cream cheese filling in the center, seal with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour. Once set, attach the salmon around the edges and stab the toy axe as desired.  Key Points There's a lot of sushi vinegar, but if you let it sit for about 5 minutes, it will absorb into the rice and not become watery. [Jack-o'-Lantern Demi-Glace Hamburger] Ingredients Serves 4 (A) Ground pork: 400g 1/2 onion (minced): 100g 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs 1/4 teaspoon salt A pinch of pepper (B) Water: 400cc Beef stew roux: 80g 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon each ketchup and medium-thick sauce 1/4 teaspoon granulated consommé 1 bag of shimeji mushrooms 12 cherry tomatoes 4 slices cheddar cheese 4 boiled eggs Directions [1] Shape the meat mixture and fry. Put (A) into a French bread loaf and knead well. Divide into 4 equal parts and shape into ovals. Cook over medium heat for a total of 4 minutes until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the heat. [2] Make the hamburger sauce and simmer. Add the shiitake mushrooms and (B) to the frying pan in [1] and heat over high heat, stirring with a wooden spatula until the beef stew roux is completely dissolved. Add [1] and the broccoli, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. Once the ingredients are cooked through and thickened, garnish with cherry tomatoes. [3] Make the jack-o'-lantern face. Cut a face out of cheddar cheese with a skewer and place on top of the hamburger. Decorate with a boiled egg and a skull cutter made from nori seaweed. [Halloween Parfait] Ingredients (for 1 serving) 1 Spiral Soft Serve 1 Ice Cream Corn Flakes (to taste) Commercially available Fresh Cream (to taste) Purple Sweet Potato Flakes (to taste) Toy Eyeballs (thoroughly sterilize) Directions [1] Place corn flakes and ice cream alternately in a parfait container, then insert the Spiral Soft Serve. Stir in the fresh cream to firm the edges and prevent them from crumbling. Top with purple sweet potato flakes and toy eyes, if desired, and you're done. - ...
