Why should you slice seed? Here's a great way to get rid of unwanted types grasses growing in your lawn. This shows how we can slice seed (also known as slit seeding) to repair dead spots in the lawn. In this case we have a invasive type of unwanted grass in the lawn and its taking over the good grass. I'll show you what's involved in slice seeding process, why we are doing it here, and the results of the project. Slice seeding is a pretty common service that we offer with aeration. Sometimes it's needed and other times we recommend over-seeding instead. It's not always necessary to slit seed the entire lawn as seen in this video we only do the areas needed.
