Down to Earth

First song with my #modular rack Patch notes for “Down to Earth”: What you can’t see in the video, muting/un-muting happens with my Tascam model 12 mixer below this rack. Clock and sequencing from iPad/#aum into ‪@ExpertSleepersLtd‬ FH-2 at 118 BPM. FH-2 sends 8th clock to #proteus and #oneiroi , 16th clock to Maestro and Mojave via ‪@Rides_In_The_Storm‬ QAM. ‪@SeasideModular‬ Proteus provides the main V/oct sequence, multed through QAM to the ‪@4msCompany‬ Ensemble Oscillator and ‪@pittsburghmodular‬ Taiga oscillators 1+2. Ensemble runs through the doepfer Wasp into ‪@bastlinstruments‬ Aikido, then Qu-Bit Mojave and ‪@Befacosynth‬ Oneiroi for stereo granular/ambient processing. Taiga and SSF Entity Ultra-Kick are mixed through Behringer Four Play, with the Ultra-Kick Duck Out controlling Four Play channel 2 for kick ducking. Ultra-Kick also feeds the Aikido side-chain. ‪@WMDevices‬ Clutch handles the open hat/percussion voice, triggered from FH-2. Modulation comes from ADDAC507 Random Bezier Waves and Acid Rain Maestro: ‪@addacsystem6002‬ moves Proteus density, Taiga shapes, and Ensemble spread; Maestro clocks filter movement, Ensemble warp/cross FM, and Oneiroi echo/ambience. Recorded through TASCAM Model 12 with iPad percussion and ‪@suno‬ vocal loop alongside the modular voices.
