My Vevor Chinese Diesel Heater Stopped Working. Can I fix it??

I've been using this heater from Vevor in my Alaskan greenhouse, to get a jump on the early spring growing season. Last season it stopped working properly and now it's time to get it fixed up for next year. IMPORTANT NOTE!! It has been brought to my attention that even though the brake cleaner I am using is non-flammable, it is still very dangerous to expose it to flames, due to the potential for the creation of poisonous gases.
