Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department responds to a garage fire, keeps it from overtaking whole house.

JFRD responded to a large house with a fire in the garage caused by a golf cart on a charger. The homeowner opened the door to the house, so the house was heavily charged with smoke from this fire, but the sheer size of the house along with aggressive firefighting by initial crews prevented this fire from extending into the living spaces.
