If you're tight on time — split it. 10 minutes workout, 10 minutes meditation. But ideally, take this time as one uninterrupted block. Just for you. Just for your body and your mind. Six weeks in. The workout keeps your fitness level exactly where it needs to be — no matter what else is going on. And the meditation? Still the most underrated part of this whole routine. 10 minutes of silence every morning does more for your day than most people realize. "Commit to the process, not the outcome.
