First Snow (November 2010)

“First Snow” marks my return to "sit back" and record another dj mix after an eight-month break, this time the Progressive Awake series . This set was recorded just after the first snowfall in Warsaw, following an intense season of private events and weddings. I wanted to step away from evergreen classics and the usual party standards, and dive back into deeper, more melodic sounds. Despite the busy Summer months, there was still time for a trip with friends to the Audioriver Festival in Płock and, for the first time in my life, a summer vacation abroad. You’ll hear a hint of that warm breeze and the soft waves of Crete woven into the mix, bringing back a taste of summer even with frost outside the window. Melodic, flowing, and uplifting, “First Snow” is a gentle reset and a reminder of brighter days. Enjoy the ride.
