It's beyond human comprehension, it's astonishing, but it's undeniably true. Akowé Rachidi Houessou is the most fertile man in Benin. He lives in common-law relationships with 44 women and is the father of 157 children: 41 girls and 116 boys. In addition to being a farmer, the elderly Houessou is also a traditional healer, a role that allowed him to deliver all 157 of his children. He claims to have never sent a woman to the hospital to give birth.
