Savanaclaw 🦁: Leona Kingscholar's Menchi Katsu Sandwich & Blood and Sand Mocktail 🥪🍷 Justonecookbook's Menchi Katsu Recipe: https://www.justonecookbook.com/mench... 1/4 Onion 🧅 -chop into small pieces and sauté until golden brown. 1 pound of Ground Beef 1 pound of Ground Pork (if you don't eat pork, plz feel free to replace ground pork with ground turkey or ground chicken) create a mixture of beef at is 70% of ground beef and 30% of ground pork And mixing until ground meat is fully combines add... 1 Egg🥚 2 Tbsp- Panko Flakes 🍤 1 Tbsp- Milk 🥛 1/2 Tbsp-Salt 🧂 And throw in your sauté onions. 🧅 The mixture should create 6 patties total. Roll the meat up, slap between your hands and make into a patty shape. Get 3 bowls 1st one with All Purpose Flour 🤍 2nd with beaten Egg🥚 3rd of Panko Flakes 🍤 Coat your patty, 1st in the all purpose flower (make sure it's fully coated). 2nd with the beaten egg, and 3rd of panko flakes. Put in the fryer until it is golden brown. Get bread or hamburger buns and toast them. Then lather the buns with butter. Place on top of the bun either lettuce of cabbage. Place the katsu patty on top of the meat.
