2024 Honda TransAlp 750 Check Engine Light | How to Clear a Check Engine Light SAVE $$$

Tried to get the first ride of 2024 in on the TransAlp, but a check engine light stopped that from happening. It was triggered by turning the ignition on when the dash was unplugged while I was installing a 12v power outlet. It turned out to be a quick fix after some investigation. If you have a check engine light you want to clear this may work for you. This procedure worked for me; but you are responsible for your own actions… proceed at your own risk. key turned to OFF, and the engine switch set to run use a thin wire, and insert it into the two far ports as shown in the video turn the key to on wait a couple of seconds for the dash to boot up.
