Scanned from 8mm cine, filmed by E.J.M. Abbott. Shot on the 7th April 1979, this film shows the last day of the London Transport RTs. It shows RT2240, and RT624 entering Barking Garage for the last time, on the 62, bringing to an end to RT operation in London, after 40 years. Also seen is RM2204 in Shillibeer livery, RT1 and a selection of other RTs and DMSs.
