This is an initiative by CHESTA, the Online Institute wherein we speak to IAS/IPS/WBCS Officers and get to know the best of the best. Guest: Soumyadip Bhattacharya (IPS) Host: Kaushik Goswami (WBCS Group A) Soumyadip appeared in UPSC CSE first time in 2012. That year, due to no preparation, he couldn't qualify for mains. In 2013, he failed to qualify for Personality Test, in 2014, he again failed to qualify for mains.
