For our first stop in Greece, we decided to stay at the most underrated island in Greece: Sifnos! To be honest, we didn't expect much, but were so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful towns, the stunning beaches and the amazing hospitality of the local people. We were also amazed by the quality of the food on Sifnos, from traditional taverna food to incredibly creative dishes that would fit perfectly in Michelin starred restaurants. We had an amazing time in Apollonia and at Platys Gialos, but also loved the little town of Kastro, Vathi and Artemonas!
