Hawaii Analysis

Hey YouTube, today I bring you my review of the Tier X American 'Light" cruiser, the Hawaii. Off the 3 new ships released for this year's Steel Will event, this one has to be the craziest one they released. An Alaska hull, with Austin guns and an F key. Keep in mind, that this ship is "balanced" by its poor maneuverability, higher concealment value for a light cruiser, and it burns for 60 secs, but if you simply hide behind an island (which you should be doing) then what's the weakness of the ship then?
