I created this meditation for all of you women undergoing fertility treatment, so you can give yourselves a moment of tranquility and feel more confident by listening to positive affirmations, making this two-week wait more bearable. As I also mention in the meditation for female fertility, listening to this meditation won't make you pregnant, but it can help you approach it with greater calm and happiness. I've been through this process myself and know how exciting it can be, but also how difficult it can be. In my case, I've decided not to continue with any more treatments for now, but I made this video for myself, and at the time it helped me experience this journey with so much hope, and I want to share it with all of you. I sincerely hope that after the wait comes a happy positive result, and if not, that you can experience this as a great learning opportunity; this has been my journey.
