Add 3tbs of flour to hot oil rhen add chicken. fry until crispy ,remove from pot and remove oil.Add chop garlic onion, Escallion ,sweet pepper in hot oil then add Soya sauce, sugar, vinegar ketchup and mix Corn starch to make slurry.
