How to Become a Vampire in The Elder Scrolls Online (& Cure Vampirism!)

The easiest way to become a Vampire in ESO is to get bitten by a player who is already a Vampire (at one of Tamriel’s vampire ritual sites). This method requires another player, though, while you can also begin the process of turning into a Vampire in The Elder Scrolls Online by getting bitten by a Bloodfiend — NPC enemies located most reliably in Reaper’s March, Bangkorai, and The Rift. It’s also possible to buy the Curse of Vampirism from the Crown Store for 1,500 Crowns, which infects your current character with Noxiphilic Sanguivoria, the precursor state to becoming a Vampire. No matter which method you choose, you’ll still need to visit a vampire ritual site and complete the Scion of the Blood Matron quest to unlock the Vampire skill line and become a true vampire in both appearance and power.
