ordinary gloomy, rainy days: reading, gardening and working 🌧️🌙🕯️

hi friends! ⭐️ This week the weather turned rainy, windy, and gloomy, and my mood dipped along with it. It was harder to get myself out of the house and it took a lot of convincing just to step outside.... I curled up indoors instead, enjoying the comfort, and lit candles whenever I could to bring a little warmth into the space. Sunshine feels great, of course, but there’s something entirely different about reading inside while a light rain gently falls outside. Reading update: I finished Orlando by Virginia Woolf, and it’s already made it onto my list of favorites this year! I’m really excited to start To the Lighthouse by her later tonight, and I’m curious to see what it has in store for me. Have you read it? What did you think? Wishing everyone a wonderful week andI hope your days are filled with sunshine and that you have the chance to do the things you love! See you next Sunday! Love, edith⭐️ ⭐️About me: My name is Edith and I am 26.
