'El Pelón', responsable de violencia en Tamaulipas
The federal government confirmed the capture yesterday of Mario Armando Ramírez Treviño, alias El Pelón or El X20, who is accused of drug trafficking and kidnapping; he was also identified as responsible for the recent violence in Tamaulipas.
