Creamy Chicken and Rice #easy #rotisseriechicken #quickrecipe 2 to 3 cups cooked shredded or diced Chicken (I used a rotisserie chicken) 10-ounce envelope Lipton Soup Mix 10.5-ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5-ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5-ounce can Chicken Broth 1-1/2 cups Milk 1/4 cup Sour Cream 2 cups Minute Rice (uncooked) Pepper to taste 1/2 stick softened butter or melted Mix soups, onion soup mix, milk, broth, sour cream together well. Add rice and chicken and pepper to taste. Bake covered with foil at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Then an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
