I found a puppy lying next to a trash can. The puppy was incredibly small, about a month old. Its body was filthy, covered in mud. It was probably abandoned. It was shivering uncontrollably from the cold. I managed to get a Styrofoam box and filled it with some dry straw to keep it warm temporarily.
