Unfortunately, the only upgrade SawStop offers costs over $500. (I paid $575 with shipping). Can any fence be worth this kind of money? What kind of performance upgrade will you get? What if you have the cheaper fence that comes with the saw? Can it be improved? Can you fix it if it breaks? I bought the SawStop t-glide fence system, put it on and tried it out. I'll tell you how it stacks up.
