[English version below] Ho iniziato Karatedō 50 anni anni fa e da allora ho praticato tutti i giorni senza mai risparmiarmi. La mia storia è semplicemente quello che io so fare. Ecco perché ve la voglio raccontare con alcuni spezzoni di video lezioni registrate quest'anno, nel 2020, per sostenere i miei allievi - e me stesso - durante l'emergenza Covid-19.
