BMW convertible hinge cover trim spring repair
This car is a 2013 335i convertible e93 (I believe). The hinge cover springs were missing and the correct fix is to replace the hinge. My repair costs a few dollars. I bought spring wire and made my own springs. This repair can be done easier with extension springs or even O rings. I added 2 pictures, one of a torsion spring which the car uses and one of an extension spring..which is an easier fix.
