Julian Owen CLUB12

Julian works with Andrew Klein who was our first guest speaker and wasn’t recorded (you remember we have a policy of not recording so people can speak freely – so we’re only recording when we have a guest speaker). Julian founded cluB-12, which brings together doctors, researchers and academics, supported by expert patients including our group and the Pernicious Anaemia Society, to shape the official Health Service response to a patient presenting with symptoms, and supporting knowledge and information that doctors and clinicians need to be able to recognise the symptoms and treat the cause. We’re going to ask for more speakers from cluB-12, the work they do is brilliant!
