I'm Admiral Hidema, a professional photographer. I'm not sure who coined the phrase, but there's an urban legend, especially among women, that white clothing is a good choice for ID photos. It's a no-no. A photographer will explain why white is not recommended. Plus, I'll explain how poor-quality photos can be obtained with ID photo booths.
