PUBLIC COMMENT The purpose of Public Comment is to allow community members to present information or raise an issue regarding items not on the agenda or regarding agenda items that do not include a public hearing. A time limit of three minutes per individual shall apply. Public Comment will not exceed thirty minutes in total. COMMISSION FOR CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT (CCI) – GENERAL UPDATES 6. FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND ORDER 6.1 Home Occupation Standards – (LU 25-0002) On November 24, 2025, the Planning Commission issued a preliminary recommendation for the City Council to approve the proposed Community Development Code amendments and directed staff to return with the draft Findings, Conclusions, and Order. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING 7.1 4000 Kruse Way Place Rezoning (LU 25-0029) A request to amend the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map to change the designation for three parcels (12.67-acres) from a Comprehensive Plan designation of OC/R-3 to OC/R-0 and from a Zoning designation of OC (Office Campus) to R-0 (high density residential) at 4000 Kruse Way Place (21E08BA04000; 21E08BA04001; 21E08BA04002) (LU 25-0029). The focus of the work session is on four of the most challenging substantive items identified in the Lake Oswego Tree Regulations Amendments Project.
