В этом видео мы хотим более подробно показать принцип работы нашей новой Карамелережущей машины. Для производства конфет на видео мы использовали: Карамелеобкаточную машину Калибрующую машину Тепловой стол 80х60 Карамелережущую машину После обкатки в Карамелеокаточной машине карамельный жгут подается в Калибрующую машину. На Калибрующей машине стоят две пары роликов, которые выдают жгут диаметром 20 мм. После калибровки жгут нарезается на отрезки длиной до 30 см. Далее отрезки жгута еще раз руками прокатываются на тепловом столе, так как могли потерять свою форму, пока мы их нарезали. И следующим этапом подаются на резку в Карамелережущую машину. Диаметр готовых конфет после резки составляет 22-23 мм. Также хотим заострить внимание, что карамельный жгут подается на резку ТЕПЛЫМ. Холодную карамель на данной машине не режут. The diameter of finished candies after cutting is 22-23 mm. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the caramel rope is fed WARM for cutting. Cold caramel is not cut on this machine.
