One of the few remaining hillside villages in Seoul, Hongje-dong’s Gaemim Village looked so charming in photos… but when I arrived, it felt more like an abandoned neighborhood with many empty houses, which honestly surprised me. Then suddenly, an elderly lady with the energy and talking skills of a Show Me The Money rapper appeared 👵🏻🎤 I had already lost all my energy hiking up the hill in flip-flops, but after chatting with her for a while, I somehow felt completely recharged ☺️ Thanks to that unexpected encounter, I made my way to Yeonhui-dong and spent the rest of the day filming beautiful little spaces filled with warmth and character.
