We place the tray in the middle floor of the oven heated to 200 °. We bake for 1.5 hours with the fan turned off, but let's check it sticking a knife to it 'cause it's supposed to be well-baked. We cut them longitudinally with a knife as I showed in the video. We add butter, cheddar cheese and salt while it's still hot, then we crush it on the inside.
