I cut six sweaters into 19 x 19 cm squares. I edged them with 6 cm wide strips of cotton fabric. I trimmed the squares to 28 x 28 cm. I cut squares of the same size from flannel and 24 x 24 cm squares from wool blend. I sandwiched them and quilted them from corner to corner. I joined the pieces together with right-side seams and 1.5 cm seam allowances. I notched all the seams, spacing them 0.7-1.0 cm apart. I washed the blanket and combed out excess threads. The tattered blanket made from different fabric textures is ready!
