Ông là nhà quản lý giáo dục đại học nhiều kinh nghiệm, là thành viên của Hiệp hội thống kê hoàng gia, có bằng tiến sĩ về phương pháp học tập ảo và tích hợp cho ngành kinh doanh. Lĩnh vực nghiên cứu của ông là phương pháp học tập cho ngành kinh doanh và đánh giá dự án lĩnh vực công (đặc biệt là về y tế). Ông đã hướng dẫn thành công hơn ba mươi đề tài nghiên cứu sinh, nghiệm thu năm mươi đề tài và xuất bản hơn một trăm đề tài nghiên cứu học thuật. He is also a fellow of the Royal Statistical Systems Association with a Ph.D. in virtual and integrated learning for business. His research areas are in business learning and evaluation in public projects (especially in healthcare). He successfully supervised more than thirty Ph.D. students, examined fifty projects, and published over one hundred scholarly works.
