Jet2 Boeing 737-8K5 | Birmingham to Heraklion *Full Flight*

This video is property of Train&Plane Spot! 2160p 4K HD! Time for another weekend travelling adventure. This flight I had booked for a while now, taking me from Birmingham to Heraklion, Crete! The flight was fairly busy it has to be said, with a number of European countries now on amber so people coming in from other countries facing 10 days quarantine on your return to the UK, but Greece not yet being one of them; means a lot of holiday makers choosing Greece & the Greek islands for their holiday. Once on the move a very short taxi for an intersection departure from BHX’s runway 15 heading south & a left turn to take us towards the South East & down over the continent. Now the route takes us over the English channel before heading over Germany and with some beautiful views of other airports, mountain ranges and some huge storm clouds which we were avoiding. As well as a glimpse of Zagreb & Sarajevo down below. Before a beautiful sunset before descent into Heraklion. Unfortunately it was dark during the landing so I didn’t include much of the descent over water as there wasn’t much to see, but started recording once you can see land and some of the lights as we approach the island of Crete.
