2018 Renault Kangoo ZE33 battery repair PART 1 - low cell, EV repair

Slight verbal slip up when talking about battery packs in series - they are limited by the lowest and highest cells in that when the lowest one is flat it has to stop draining (if one cell is flat then the battery is flat) and stop charging when one cell is full and can't balance any more so the available capacity is considerably reduced in packs which are out of balance.
