Just the Bells 10 is live! WHAT TO DO WiTH THESE LEFTOVERS?

A lot of people ask if we ever have leftovers and we hardly do have leftovers but when we do, I never know what to do with them. I just laid them on the counter, hoping my family would eat them or they sit in the fridge forever until you forget about them and then you open it and you’re like what in the world was this because it is so gross. I thought how great it would be to start a series with you leftovers that we have and create a new meal for it so it doesn’t go bad. I’m noticing that when I re-create something that’s completely different or add new ingredients to the existing meal. My kids have no idea and they love it and they eat it. We just are not a family really wants leftovers. So in the rare moments that we do, I wanna make sure that I am utilizing those And creating new ones. Thank you for joining me on this. I’m barbecue chicken into a 7 Layer Chicken Casserole (thanks Bubba_15) Ingredients: Chicken pulled off the bone One jar of chopped roasted red peppers One can of green chilies 2 tablespoons of cumin 2 tablespoons of onion powder 1 tablespoon of paprika 1 tablespoon of garlic salt 1 tablespoon of garlic Can of rotelle tomatoes Two bags of hard tostada, corn shells 2 cups of corn salsa Two jars of on the Border bean dip One large bag of fiesta cheese about 8 cups Two cans of black beans One jar of Taco Bell taco sauce 2 tablespoons of dried or fresh cilantro Directions: 1. Start by layering your casserole dish first with the taco sauce, shells, black beans, 2 to 3 cups of cheese. 2. Then layer with another layer of shells, your chicken mixture, 2 cups of cheese. 3. Then layer with another layer of shells topped with the black bean dip and corn, salsa, and topped with more cheese. 4. Sprinkle with cumin and bake at 375 for about 25 to 30 minutes. What about this recipe is the hard taco shells will actually actually soften as they cook and it’s just like your cooking your corn tortillas and oil, but you don’t have to fry the tortillas because these will be like them. I also had some additional chopped black olives, lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes.
