RV Chaos Stirkes AGAIN: Leaving Portugal for Spain

RV chaos strikes again as we leave Portugal and head back into Spain in Betty, our American RV. This week we say goodbye to Portugal with one last beautiful park up, visit a lovely town and explore its castle before crossing into Spain and making our way to Seville. But getting to our aire turned out to be far more stressful than expected, and once we arrived, things didn’t exactly go smoothly. After struggling to fit Betty into the aire, being sent round to the side entrance and then being charged extra because of our size, the situation got even more frustrating when we were asked for even more money. Scott left an honest review, the owner came to speak to us the next morning and promised to refund the extra charge… but sadly, that never happened. Thankfully, Seville itself was absolutely stunning and gave us a much-needed reminder of why we love travelling, even on the chaotic days. We also continue our journey south, struggle to find motorhome services, and eventually end up near Cádiz after finally getting sorted.
