I've had some tough experiences, and I've actually cried on-site. (I was so frustrated.) I've even been told, "We don't need you, go home." (I'll seriously sue them for power harassment.) There's still a strong tendency in this industry to expect you to learn by watching, but I think that's wrong. It's important to experience failure, but it's wrong to push people away without teaching them anything. I've often been scolded for things I didn't know, and there have been many times when I thought, "No, just teach me how to study, I'll study hard." Although I've mastered the job to a certain extent, I don't want my juniors to go through the same thing. Going forward, I hope to fully pass on the skills and knowledge I've acquired.
