✅️DECIDI ENFRENTAR OS 140KG COM UM DESAFIO DE 7 DIAS+ Pesagem da semana🔥

📌 I decided to tackle 140 kg with a 7-day challenge | Weekly Weigh-in In this video, I share the beginning of another challenge in my weight loss journey. After returning to 140 kg, I decided to focus on a lighter and more nutritious diet for the next 7 days. My goal is to eat this soup for lunch and dinner for a week, drink plenty of water, and track the changes on the scale. I'm also on my period, so I know I might be a little more bloated due to water retention. Even so, I decided to start and record everything to show the reality of the process. 🥣 Soup Recipe Ingredients: • 1 small onion • 5 cloves of garlic • 1 piece of bell pepper • 2 zucchini • 3 carrots • 2 sweet potatoes • 2 chayotes • Approximately 200 to 300 g of shredded chicken • 2 liters of water • Salt to taste • Annatto powder • Onion, parsley, and garlic seasoning • Curry • Oregano • 1/2 finely grated cabbage Preparation: I sautéed the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Then, I cut all the vegetables into small cubes and added them to the pot to sauté together. I added the 2 liters of water and let it cook. Afterwards, I seasoned with salt, annatto powder, onion, parsley, and garlic seasoning, curry, and oregano. When the vegetables were almost cooked, I added half of a finely grated cabbage and the shredded chicken. I let it simmer for a few more minutes until everything was well cooked and flavorful. Now it's time to stay focused and track this week's results.
